We are a small animal practice in South Wales, with branches in both Barry and Boverton. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care. For your added convenience, there’s free parking for clients at the surgery.
Lisa has worked with us for over 25 years. She has a wealth of experience and is a friendly, familiar face known to all practice regulars. Lisa deals with much of the administration within the practice. Out of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and Border Terrier, Chewie.
Julie has worked at both our Barry and Boverton branches since November 2016, after having previously worked as a team leader for 21 years with Tesco in Barry. Julie is a huge dog fan and owns a Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Oscar. She also enjoys travelling and loves history.
Jane joined the practice in January 2019 as a receptionist, working at both the Barry and Boverton branches. Her first job from leaving school was in a veterinary practice and having worked the last 34 years in administration and finance in several schools and a hospital Jane has now returned to her first love of working with animals. At home Jane has a variety of animals, including two large Labradoodles called Albus Dumbeldog and Merlin, two rescue cats called Bonnie and Addison and two chickens called Princess Layer and Lois Layin’. Jane hates the cold and loves sunny holidays.
Dianne has been a receptionist with the practice since 2008. She deals with bookings, general queries and insurance related matters. She also provides advice on the routine care and treatment of your pet. Outside of work, Dianne enjoys spending time with her family.
