We are pleased to announce that our practice, Barry & Boverton Vets, has achieved ‘OUTSTANDING’ for the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme Client Service Award.
The RCVS is the governing body for veterinary surgeons and the Client Service Award is given to practices which demonstrate high levels of care for their clients.
Our Practice Manager, Katy Williams, comments: “We wanted to enter the PSS Awards in order to satisfy ourselves that we were doing everything we possibly could to build our clients’ confidence in us. Assessment day was nerve-wracking but the RCVS assessor put the teams at ease and we are obviously delighted with the outcome.
“There’s a strong sense of camaraderie and family at Barry & Boverton Vets and achieving the PSS Awards with an outstanding rating has given us all a great sense of pride.
“Going forward, we fully intend to keep up the good work – listening to clients, developing our team and enhancing the facilities and standards of care we offer to our patients and their owners. We would like to thank all our clients and their pets for their continued support.”
The award is in addition to the RCVS Small Animal General Practice accreditation at the Barry surgery and RCVS Core Standards at the Boverton branch.
